Welcome to AMA Page ("AMA Page," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using AMA Page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts & Registration

• To participate in communities, you may need to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, email, company, and title.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

• Use AMA Page for any unlawful purpose.
• Share information you are not legally authorized to disclose (e.g., trade secrets, confidential IP).
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services.

We may remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you share, but you grant AMA Page a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

Our Content: The AMA Page platform, design, and software are owned by AMA Page and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services without permission.

5. Company Subscriptions

• Companies may purchase subscriptions to create and manage industry communities.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and payment policies are provided separately at the time of purchase.

6. Third-Party Services

AMA Page uses third-party providers, including Google Cloud Platform (cloud hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication). By using AMA Page, you also agree to the terms of those providers.

7. Disclaimers

• AMA Page does not review or verify the accuracy of user content.
• We are not responsible for any confidential, proprietary, or restricted information shared by users.
• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AMA Page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AMA Page at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (such as by email or posting within the platform). Continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms.
